Professional, very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and real estate process, Empathetic, willing to go the extra mile.

I've known Lesley for over 20 years and she always goes above and beyond to help her clients navigate the sales process in a seemless, transparent, and caring way. We have worked with Lesley many times over 20 years to purchase and sell real estate and I would highly recommend using her! Real estate transactions can sometimes have complications that are unforseen, as our recent sale did, Lesley handled it with grace, persistance, knowledge and fortitude. Lesley got it done and at a great sales price! Can not say enough good things about Lesley and we highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

Lesley was amazing to work with from start to finish. She kept us abreast of any issues and deadlines that we needed to be made aware of. She led the way and did so in her usual poised and professional manner. We can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Lesley!

This was our fourth property sale/purchase with Lesley, and once again she did an amazing job. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and somehow always available when you need her. While we have zero plans to move anytime soon, if that ever changes, Lesley will be our first call.

Lesley Smith was very pleasant to work with, always made me and my daughter feel like our ideas were worth listening to. We felt she timed things perfectly and knew the market very well ! Leasley responded immediately when we had questions and was very polite ! I felt like we were in this together ! Would highly recommend her . Mary Ann P.

We had the absolute best experience working with Lesley as we purchased our first home. From start to finish, she was incredibly easy and pleasant to work with; always patient, supportive, and quick to answer any questions we had. Her knowledge of the local market and the home-buying process was truly impressive, and she guided us through every step with confidence and clarity. We’re so grateful for Lesley's expertise and genuine care, and we couldn’t imagine going through this milestone with anyone else. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely wonderful real estate agent!

Working with Lesley was an incredible experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, she took the time to really understand what I was looking for and guided me every step of the way. Lesley was always available to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I felt confident with each decision. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure everything was handled the right way. Whether it was paperwork, scheduling, negotiations, or just giving me peace of mind, she made the whole experience much easier than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and I’d highly recommend Lesley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Lesley on multiple occasions, buying two homes and selling one. Each experience has been outstanding. Lesley made the entire process smooth and far less stressful. She was always quick to respond to our questions and eager to arrange showings, often on short notice. Her deep knowledge of the market and honest, transparent communication gave us total confidence every step of the way. We highly recommend Lesley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Lesley is knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. She knows her business and was with us from start to finish, always responsive (almost instantly) to any questions or concerns we may have had. We were very happy to have her involved in the offers and negotiations we encountered along the way. Lesley was recommended by another Barrett Sotheby's agent (who sold our previous home) when we asked her for a recommendation of an agent more familiar with our target area. This makes us two-for-two on satisfaction with our Sotheby's agents! I've already recommended Lesley to a family member and would do so for anyone else who is looking to buy or sell a home. A great experience!

We are so grateful to have worked with Lesley in both our recent home purchase and sale. She has great responsiveness, is thoughtful and well understood our needs. Thanks to her experience and deep knowledge of the location, we were able to purchase a competitive home under asking price. With a young infant at home, she was also uniquely accommodating to our family's needs and made the purchasing and selling process as easy as it could be. Thank you Lesley!
