I trust her and felt she would be honest and ethical when dealing with me. I also understood how well she knew the local market and that she was a successful agent which meant that she was efficient and effective. All staff efficient, friendly and helpful.

Lestel Meade was an excellent agent, and we were very pleased with her services.

Lestel is low-key and very professional and has an incredible knowledge of the Fort Collins market. She did great work finding "comparables" for my 1-bedroom condo, set and got a price much higher than I expected, and executed an uneventful sales process and closing. And she has fun doing her work! she and the Century 21- Humpal staff covered everything. I never had to worry about anyone dropping the ball. I recommend Lestel Meade & Century 21 - Humpal to anyone!
