I have now used Lestel's services to buy two properties and sell one. I am always 100% pleased with every aspect of working with her. This home sold on day one. Her staging was not overdone like some listings in the area. Rather it was light and appealing and contributed to the peaceful ambiance. I highly recommend Lestel Meade.

Our experience with Lestel was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the home buying process. As a new home buyer, she was reassuring and completely transparent about the home buying process.

This is our 3rd real estate transaction with Lestel and she never disappoints. She has incredible knowledge and we couldn't have done this without her. We wouldn't consider using anyone else. :)

Lestel helped us develop our true needs to narrow down our search. Lestel's knowledge of neighborhood helped us focus on certain area for our search.

Lestel Meade helped me find a home to rent, and subsequently helped me with my first home purchase all within less than a year. She is truly a remarkable and unforgettable person, and she made both the rental and purchasing processes as easy and smooth as possible. She also made sure I was well-informed throughout the purchasing process. Lestel is easy to work and communicate with. She is trustworthy, and makes it clear that she has her clients' best interests at heart. She is also excellent at finding homes that meet one's individual tastes, which is so important in a housing market as large as Northern Colorado. I could not imagine a better experience using a buyer's agent, and plan to continue using her services for future real estate endeavors. I cannot thank Lestel enough for her services, kindness, and positive contributions to my life over the past year.

Lestel's knowledge, experience, and how she handled herself were the highlights of working with her. She was also very responsive to questions/concerns I had, and even after closing, she made it clear I should feel free to contact her if I need additional help. These are the qualities of a topnotch agent and why I would recommend Lestel to others.
