We had been trying to decide between getting a reverse mortgage or selling outright. When we got the postcard about Lestel we decided to see what she could do for us. Lestel made things very easy for us to concentrate on getting our stuff under control and packed up, donated, or thrown away. She was there with encouraging words. When we felt we weren't making progress she was there to give us an objective view and tell us she saw the progress from week to week. That encouragement helped a lot. She also gave us helpful suggestions that smoothed our transition out if our long time home. It was very stressful time for us. We were moving out of the home we raised our kids in and the personal modifications we had made for ourselves. Lestel helped us through the process and guided us when we needed it most.

Lestel has helped my family members and me sell and purchase homes several times. Her eye for detail and her knowledge of the sales market is excellent. She was on point with setting the sale price of our homes going on the market and worked hard to negotiate the best situation when buying.
