Lestel is great!

Lestel is a caring professional that has an incredible amount of experience in selling homes in Northern Colorado. We felt she was truly invested in getting the greatest value for our home with the least amount of stress. We trusted her from the very beginning and as the process unfolded, we saw how lucky we were to have her as our agent. She helped stage our home personally and had the most amazing photos taken to market our home successfully. After 27 showings in 3 days and 11 offers we were under contract with a healthy number above asking price! What else is there to say but Thank you Lestel, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better result! Do yourself a favor choose her to sell your home!

We have worked with Lestel many times and for us there wasn’t another agent we would even consider working with. Her positive attitude, willingness to go above and beyond for us and great communication made this a process that was an amazing adventure. Lestel knew what was best for us, listens to our needs and delivers! We are now living in our dream home because of her!

Lestel is always approachable and promptly answer my questions. She see issues and deals with them. She did an excellent job in staging the house, which brought in good reviews. The house was sold in less than 2 weeks. This was done with the fact that I am a pipe smoker. It should be noted that I did work with Lestel Meade in 2013. She helped me with home browsing \ buying in Fort Collins, while advising and helping move from Idaho to Colorado. She also found and interviewed my current realtor in Illinois, which is an excellent choice. Arthur

The professionalism, knowledge, and experience Lestel Meade provided was top notch. She gave me options along with plenty of history in the local area to base decisions from. I felt comfortable and confident with each step in the process. I was always happy to hear from Lestel, who also helped me with a couple house repairs/contractors. Was nice to have the comfort of knowing that I was on track to meet all the closing deadlines. I had a lot going on in my personal life during the closing of my house, Lestel went above and beyond to assist me with things while I was away from the local area. Lestel helped me originally buy this house and I would not have considered anyone else to help me sell it.

Lestel was wonderful from start to finish in the homebuying process. She listened to my needs, was incredibly responsive, always offered sound and unbiased opinions, and I never felt pressured. As a first-time homeowner, I can't recommend working with Lestel more highly. Thanks for helping me find the perfect home!

Lestel made buying a house in a tough market an enjoyable experience. She is very patient, low-pressure, and has a lot of experience and insight. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Fort Collins and surrounding areas.
