Lex Burdick is a master negotiator. I was beyond impressed with her expertise, professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. She answered my many phone calls and responded promptly to my texts at all hours! Lex Burdick called me concerning a property I was not using much but was very open about it and very friendly. Most of the time I get pushy people asking but Lex was a neighbor also. I was not selling that property but had two commercial properties I needed to sell. I already had a buyer for the first property but she worked to find a good price as there were very few comps. I had considered using the buyer's agent but I am so glad I did not. Lex was right there through the entire process including working with the tennants, getting the necessary inspections, required repairs, and getting the paperwork right for the trust ownership transfer. She enjoyed the negotiations which I absolutely hate doing. Except for an initial walkthough with her, I was able to go back to other business that kept me out of the area. I will be handing her the other rental property to sell for me. This one will be more work but I know she can handle it when she say it will be 'fun'.
