Libby was great about coming over to our house a few months before we listed the property to give us pointers on things we could do to help help our home sell quickly. She knew that we were already interested in another house and we wanted our house to sell quickly so that we could put in an offer on the other house. I really believe that the suggestions she gave us greatly helped the time our house was on the market. It sold in 8 days, allowing us to put in an offer on the other house. Our house wasn't really on the market long enough for us to know what all she had done to advertise the house. She was very quick with getting an open house setup and in the paper - however - the house sold before we had to have an open house. I know that I texted Libby with every little question that I had and she was always very prompt when responding and polite - even though I am sure some of the questions were ridiculous. I would definitely recommend Libby to other people looking to either buy or sell a home. Our house had a couple of strong negatives - it was on a busy street in Fremont and it had a shared driveway. That being said, I think she advised us to list the house at a price that gave us a pretty good return and still allowed for a quick sale - which was exactly what we wanted.
