Lila was our realtor when we first moved to Florida and helped us buy the house we were selling. She is an amazing person and easy to work with!

Lila J Keim went above and beyond to meet my needs for my home search! Strongly recommend!

Moving from WA state, we were punting in the dark. My daughter called a 3rd party web site. Based on her description of our needs, they connected us with Lila. Lila stuck with us for a long time, We were connected with her Sept 2019 (when just visiting the area), and did not make the official move and purchase until fall 2020. She remained in occasional contact with us, without badgering us. But was there for us at every turn. We could not be more satisfied with her as our realtor. I felt like she was not going to steer us wrong. If she was hesitant about anything, she gently stated so, while still allowing us to think for ourselves. Which we were most grateful for as we were not familiar with the FL area. Having just sold our home in WA state, the experience was much different and not necessarily a pleasant one regarding the WA realtor. Lila gave us home in the realtor business again. She is a gem.

Lila was wonderful. It would have been easier if we were able to be present for the process but lila did her best to make us comfortable. We are a dual active military family and COVID really made things difficult. Lila was here every step and I highly suggest her! Appreciate the hard work.

As a first time home buyer, I am happy to have someone with the experience and patience to help make the experience as painless as possible. I also wanted to recognize Terri Witkosky for her help. Would and will highly recommend Terri and Lila to any friends or coworkers looking to purchase a home in the future.

We would not hesitate to hire Lila for any future real estate needs. We definitely would recommend her to our friends and neighbors. Lila is the best!!
