Lin spent time early on gauging what was important to us and guided us through properties that fit our needs. Sometimes she would tell us not to spend our time looking at a certain property because she knew it would not fit us. Her value comes in strong after making a decision on a property. After reviewing the inspection report, on our next call she guided us through where we should ask for repairs and what might not make sense-basically what hill not to die on. Then she already had a list of contractors that could address the issues we wanted fixed. In one instance (radon mitigation) she got a company on the phone immediately and we booked them. Closing was a breeze. She is the ultimate real estate professional because she takes time to learn about you first and then matches the rest of the process to what she learned about you.

We've used Lin for buying & selling properties over the years and don't even look for another realtor when it comes to handling our real estate needs as she has proven herself with us to be the best possible choice.
