My first impression of Lin was very good! She had a warm, friendly but professional personality. She asked us lots of questions and helped us narrow our must haves list down to the absolute most important needs/wants and then immediately went to work on findings lots of contenders. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to through the entire experience. When we found our house there was no denying that she was on our team the way she went up to bat for us during the offer and closing periods. She respectfully asked straight forward question's to seller, title company etc. when something didn't sit right with her based on her knowledge and experience. Overall I'd say she does her job and she does it very well, we were/are very pleased! We will be referring her to anyone looking to buy/sell in the future. Thankyou Lin M. You really were fantastic.

Lin was a step above your regular realtor. She listened carefully to out needs and wants and tailored the house search to what matched exactly, and to what we might consider as alternatives for budget and location. She worked diligently with us during our closing. She made sure that everything was clear and all questions were answered before we moved on. If issues came up She worked quickly to talk with us on our options to settle issues. And always made sure that if it was to much of a risk that we knew that we could back out if we wanted. She made this process quick and easy and we would highly recommend anyone to go with her.
