Linda was one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. Very understanding and went out of her way to help us with our purchase. Would definitely use her again

She is a hard working person who will care for your needs first.

My sister and I used Linda Frater, Tri-Dam Realty, as our real estate agent to sell two properties. Linda was very responsive both by phone and email. She was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Linda worked hard and we felt supported by Linda throughout the process for both properties. We highly recommend Linda Frater, Tri-Dam Realty, for your real estate needs.

Linda's competent enthusiasm is contagious! She wasted no time in organizing an action plan, and wasn't phased at all by the fact I live/work 400+ miles away. I am truly grateful for her efficient brilliance and realistic optimism. Her successful efforts exceeded my expectations and the entire sale process was a smooth adventure. Linda Frater is truly the bestest! :)

I would recommend Linda very highly to anyone that needs to buy or sell a property. She is a delight to work with.
