Linda Kalkhurst was extremely professional and upfront with what our expectations should be in selling our property. She knows the area well. Linda was always responsive to questions we had. Linda had suggestions for ways to improve the selling of the property which we followed and she sold our property in record time. We are extremely pleased with Linda Kalkhurst handeling our property.

Linda understood what I was looking for right from the start and was incredibly easy to work with. I'm pleased with my home purchase and would recommend her cheerful and positive attitude to anyone - she brightens every room she walks into! Her local knowledge is an incredible asset and her network of professionals helped everything go along as smoothly as possible. Would definitely employ her services again.

Linda made our transfer from New Jersey Seamless. She was always available. She went out of her way to help us will all the details of buying a home. It was a pleasure working with her.

Linda Kalkhurst was terrific to work with from start to finish, and we really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to assist us to get our home sold quickly, and for top dollar. From the first phone call I knew Linda was the one. Totally buttoned up, very pragmatic and realistic, great plan to move forward. Excellent in every respect. She is the best I have ever worked with. Period.

Linda went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my move. She handled everything with professionalism, compassion & impeccable follow up. I was an agent in California & attention to detail was crucial to me. Linda was on top of every aspect of the transaction, crossed every T & dotted every I. She is a valuable asset to Century 21 & I will be referring her to all my friends or family that need an agent!

I would highly recommend Linda, she had a very good knowledge of the area and had terrific people skills. Even with us living so far away we still felt that she was constantly keeping us informed. Linda was extremely knowledgeable of the area. She understood the type of property we were hoping to find. We arrived from Vermont to see a few listings that she had researched and had already made appointments for us to see. I was very impressed, she was totally prepared! On the second day of our arrival, we found the perfect property. A credit to Linda's preparedness, her knowing we only had a 4 day stay. All through the negotiations and our short thirty day escrow, Linda kept us well informed. After closing she continued to assist us with any contacts we needed. It was the perfect property and the transaction could not have gone any smoother. Thank you Linda for all you did!

We met Linda during our initial search and she showed us several homes within our price range, During this search, Linda LISTENED to what we wanted and never once tried to steer us to a home that didnt fit our criteria. She would send links to them with a disclaimer of " I know this is outside the area you wanted to be in" but wanted to share just in case. Linda handled this transaction from start to finish and went above and beyond. I have use the same agent in the Keys for 20+ years and I must state, that I would put Linda right in line with our local agent in the keys!! Again 10 stars!
