Couldn't ask for a better agent, she came highly recommended.

Shit is a great real estate agent with great local knowledge of pricing and understands the business and how to get the job done

Very friendly and listens to both parties. And very knowledgeable about the housing market. She can answer your questions quickly any time of the day. Always returns phone calls or texts promptly. Best realtor ever!!! I would recommend Linda Smith to everyone.. she sold two houses for my parents estate and couldn't ask for a better realtor. Great person!!! Very happy with her.. down to earth and very understanding when I had to ask dumb questions... very professional !

She is by far the best and most knowledgeable real estate agent I have used around the Elkhart area. She is very prompt and gets back to you right away and knows the market very well. I would recommend Linda Smith to anybody
