Absoutely pleasure to work with. I will recommend Linda to anyone looking to puchase a home in the area.

Linda was the right pick for selling our dad's home in Black Diamond Country Club. She understood the rules, regulations and fees associated with purchasing a home in this gated community. She kept us up to date and took care of all of the details. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.

From the very start, Linda was very attentive to our needs and expectations. She's very attentive and considerate, along with her follow through and her knowledge of the area and vendors is so helpful. She answered all of our questions and listened and responded quickly to all of our calls, emails, and texts. The property we purchased is a dream home for us and we worked very hard for this home; having Linda as our agent was a pleasure and we definitely will work with her again and highly recommend her to others.

Linda is the best. Easy going and professional. Responds immediately and is very knowledgeable. Linda made the whole experience hassle free. I highly recommend Linda Thomas for your real estate needs!

I was very impressed by Linda Thomas who was the listing agent of the home I purchased. She was very professional and understood my concerns in my home purchase. She was always easy to reach via phone, text, and email and was knowledgeable and paid attention to all details in my home purchase from beginning to end. She was able to communicate graciously between the buyer and sellers to get a deal that everyone was happy with and closed quickly and easily. I would highly recommend using Linda Thomas to list your home or buy a home from. She is a true professional!

Linda was great to work with. She knows the area so well which was very helpful. She made herself available when we needed her. Would definitely work with her again and recommend her to others.

Linda Thomas was my buyers agent. We viewed 2 properties in Black Diamond. She immediately set herself apart because she knew so much about the community. My husband and I made an offer on one of the houses she showed us. The offer was rejected by the sellers. One unusual kink in our situation was that we were leaving the country for 2 months. When Linda found out we were leaving for 2 months, she sprang into action. In just a matter of a few days, she brought an offer to the sellers that they accepted. We signed all the paperwork and closed on our new home while we were away. Some additional benefits that Linda provided was a home warranty. She also recommended a pool guy, lawn guy, etc. She was always available whenever I texted. Now that we are living in Black Diamond, I count her as one of my friends. I highly recommend her services.

Linda was a big help getting our Father's property sold after he passed away in June. My sister and I certainly appreciated Linda managing the whole showing and sale of the property as we both live out of state. Linda is very knowlegable about Black Diamond Ranch, which really helped. My father actually chose Linda, himself, before he passed away. Linda made the whole process quite easy. We are very appreciative.

Linda was always available and ready to answer questions. Her knowledge of the area and neighborhood was excellent. We did feel she could have marketed the house with more enthusiasm. Of course we loved our house. Linda is a natural at selling and is very sincere about her position
