We wanted to move closer to our Daughter In PA. and could not come up very often so we relied on Lindsay and my Daughter to find us a place sight unseen. We found a place an put in an offer in a way that Lindsay suggested to help us get the Condo in a competitive market. After seeing the condo online we put in our offer and it was accepted. The whole procedure was flawless with all of Lindsay and David's help. We felt very positive that after Davids's inspection of the place we were confident of the purchase even though we had not seen it. We even had issues of concern about closing if I could not get up there in time and as luck would have it my husband had an unexpected surgery. We could do our closing before that happened just in case of an emergency and of course, that happened, and my flight also got canceled. So we had everything covered ahead of the closing and so glad we did. I can not thank this couple enough for going above and beyond what they did to make this happen.
