Lindsay and Dave did an excellent job selling our neighbor's house a little over a year ago. That prompted us to reach out to them directly. Lindsay and Dave are simply real estate excellence! I have bought and sold a few houses in the past and my previous realtors did not come close to Lindsay and Dave's experience and knowledge. Lindsay and Dave worked together with me on my home search. I felt very comfortable knowing that I would be receiving the best guidance when it came to putting in an offer on a home. Lindsay was able to explain what additional fees I would have to be responsible for as well, which determined my comfort level when submitting my final offer price. Dave was very helpful when it came to looking at homes and determining the "repair" list. He is very knowledgable in the contracting field and this made me very comfortable knowing someone was on my side and made this a wonderful experience. The home I did purchase was move-in ready, however, there were some things that were in need of repair, but not emergencies. I felt comfortable making this purchase because of Dave's knowledge of contracting. Overall, I highly recommend, and have recommended, LIndsay and Dave. They're personable and helped alleviate some of the stress of purchasing a new home.
