From first contact with Lindsay, I could sense her and I would work well together. She listened to all of my wants and needs, made suggestions, and understood what I was looking for. Over the year and a half that I worked with Lindsay, she was very patient and kind, and really took the time to help me through every step of the process. I knew that Lindsay always had my best interest at heart, and would not steer me wrong. Lindsay went above and beyond multiple times to assist me. What other realtor do you know would spend a few hours on the phone submitting offers while they were at the beach?! Lindsay is a rare gem! If you are looking for a realtor, I highly suggest Lindsay Betz!

I ultimately decided to go with Lindsay because I felt that she understood what I wanted as a new home buyer, was willing to be hands on and give us needed advice on what was worthwhile, wasn't too pushy, and had tons of resources and knowledge.

I have never experienced such a kind, knowledable, understanding realtor like this before. We were so happy to have her and would recommend her to anyone Felt very comfortable speaking with Lindsay. Would use and recommend Lindsay Betz!

Throughout our 6+ months working with Lindsay, she was simply fantastic. Throughout the entire process, she was available and willing to answer any and all questions. She knew the locat area, understood our situation as a family, and excelled in all aspects of real estate. Highly recommend Lindsay to anyone and everyone considering purchasing a home!

I’ve worked with several different brokers and realtors in the past. Lindsay has raised the bar in every way. She’s on top of everything from start to finish, presenting smart options along the way, seamlessly guiding us through each step, with a greater-than-expected outcome. While her professionalism speaks volumes and her home selling knowledge is superb, it was the extra time and thought she took to understand our needs and find solutions that set Lindsay apart from previous realtors I’ve worked with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome. Easy to talk to, always there to answer a question, and communicated quickly and clearly … Lindsay magically took the stress out of the process ~ we felt so safe from the get-go. Her smarts, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and kindness kept me sane during this time. I can’t imagine selling or buying a home with anyone else. She is truly the best, I look forward to recommending her, and working with her again someday!

Simply the best! I’ve worked with many agents and Lindsay is at the top of our list!!!

Lindsay Betz continues.to do an excellent job for us. The sale of our property was impeccably handled. She’s helping with our new home search and we won’t deal with anyone else! I’ve worked with hundreds of brokers and agents and she is among the best I’ve dealt with!!! Highly recommend!!!

Lindsay was a pleasure to work with. She’s very knowledgeable about this tight market and it was clear she’s also respected by everyone involved. She made things easy and was also kind and very considerate. I had a wonderful experience.

Lindsay was exceptional to work with. She understood her needs from the beginning and had a great sense of the surrounding communities, housing market, and general insight in all aspects in purchasing a home. This was our first house we purchased. We could not have done it without Lindsay. Her attention to detail and communication was professional, timely, and effective between us and other agents. We felt extremely confident putting in an offer and going through negotiations with Lindsay in our corner. We are very grateful to have worked with her, and look forward to seeing her continuing success.
