I picked Lindsay after interviewing her and a another relator from Coldwell bankers due to her professionalism, extensive research and her marketing plan for my house. Lindsay did a fantastic job from start to finish, even when we had been under contract 3 different times and they backed out she had quickly terminated the old contract and had us back in the market the next day and had plenty of prospective buyers. Lindsay was especially helpful in our case that we had left the state due to a military relocation prior to closing but took care of everything for us. Lindsay not only was professional but had our best interest in mind as well as not afraid to deal with complicated buyers. They did very well communicating with me and my wife to keep us up to date with the sale of our house.

She gave me what I needed when I needed it. When I needed encouragement to just keep at things to get ready, she gave it. When we were close but slowing down, I needed a deadline and she gave one that was reachable. We were late by 10 days, but we made it and she was patient to wait. Two days! TWO!!! 21 Prospective buyers in two days and we got nine offers. She made it so easy to choose who would get our house. Very organized and meticulous.

Patient should definitely be on that list. We had so many questions and concerns. She was not annoyed by the millions of things that came up. Cassie was amazing. What she could safely answer, she did. If she couldn't answer, "That's a great question to ask Lindsay."

Lindsay Jackman was very well spoken and provided her expertise to us. Lindsay was upbeat and easy to talk to openly.

Lindsay was recommended through my boss at work. Our conversation of am I even qualified to buy a home turned into us actually buying a home. She did an excellent job explaining the process to us every step of the way. Making such a giant decision can be very difficult and scary. Right away after meeting Lindsay Jackman we knew we were in great hands! This purchase of a home was a big part in making our family whole and I know Lindsay and her team understood how important that was, they were very supportive and seemed to genuinely care about the needs of our family. Every home we went into Lindsay knew exactly what to look for. It was an emotional roller coaster for sure but Lindsay and her team were so caring to our feelings and we really put all our trust into their professional opinions when it came to our home purchase. If there was a way to rate them more than five stars I would. Lindsay Jackman and her team treated us like they have known us for years. I will be recommending their team to everyone and anyone I talk to that is thinking about purchasing a home. They will also be my first call in future! Lindsay's knowledge and experience stands out right away when you first meet her. She is very professional and approachable just so easy to talk to! I appreciate her and her team so much! They did so much more for us than just help us find the right home. Lindsay Jackman is great and we could not ask for anything more in a real estate agent.

I researched for the best person in the area and found Lindsay. She handled every element of the marketing and sale brilliantly. Lindsay went above and beyond what is required of a selling agent. She was wonderful. We immediately clicked and became friends. I miss her.

Lindsay is a great Agent and a friend. Her expertise in the Gig harbor was fundamental in selling our home that we lived in for nearly 19 years. I would recommend her to anyone I know, wanting to sell their house. She treated the house with respect.
