We called Lindsay one evening just to explore the market. We were wanting to build so we had time to sort out details. Next thing we knew we fell in love with a completed new construction home. We placed an offer the same day. Lindsay listed our current home two days later and got 8 offers in 36hrs. All said and done from the time we decided to explore the possibility of purchasing a new home and the time we moved in was 5 weeks including the sale and closing of our old home.
