After three transactions, we love working with Lindsay! She makes the whole buying and selling process way less painful than it would otherwise be. She has seemingly unlimited patience and always makes us feel comfortable to ask "stupid" questions, which I always have a lot of. I really can't say enough good things about her.

We had a horrible experience 2 years ago with a broker from a different agency. He didn't seem to care about our transaction, and we did a lot of leg work, only for the contact to fall through 1 week before closing due to appraisal issues. We were nervous to go through the process again. This time around was a complete 180 from the last agent/broker we used. This is how home buying should be. Lindsay was a Godsend, and I will recommend her to anyone!

I really don’t know where to start when it comes to bragging on Lindsay. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, fears, anxieties. You name it. Lindsay was so patient with us and walked us through every step of the way. As she grew to know us, she started to see what we really wanted as a couple (because we still weren’t even sure). She was accommodating to our schedule and brought up everything we wouldn’t know to think of making sure we had every bit of education. If there were hesitations on a house because of something specific (well, septic, etc.) she gave us great educational resources to help us decide if it was something we wanted for our first home. When this all started. I had so many fears about how it would end.... House after house (we were kind of high maintenance) emotions grew. When a house wouldn’t work out, she was right there by our side giving us (me) the pep talk I needed to move past the let down and try again. She assured me that “the house” was out there. She was not going to let us settle just to get us in a house. Today, we signed on the dotted line for the PERFECT home. I do not think we would have landed where we are without Lindsays knowledge, passion and drive leading the way. I highly recommend Lindsay to ANYONE trying to find their next home, but ESPECIALLY if you’re a first time buyer with hesitations or fear.
