Lindsay was friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed working with him. He was patient and answered all our questions. When it came time to list our house, he provided us with a breakdown of how to price our house fairly and it sold within a few days! We would recommend Lindsay to others looking to buy or sell a house.

understood our requirements, did not waste time showing inappropriate properties, very personable and very committed to following the process to the conclusion, feel this is the best representation we have ever had (10 homes in 31 years) highly recommended with us every step of the way, kept us informed flawless service

Lindsay was very knowledgeable, professional and personable all at the same time. He has a relaxed attitude that allowed us to move at our own pace rather than feel pressured to make a decision and because of his patience we found the perfect home to suit our needs! Lindsay was there for us from the beginning and followed through right up to the end. Your house warming gift was very thoughtful, thank you. We would highly recommend Lindsay to family and friends. We wish you great success Lindsay!

Being first time home buyers with limited knowledge, we were lucky to have Lindsay Parsons as our realtor. He made it his mission not just to find us a house, but the right house. During every showing he would thoroughly inspect the property pointing out potential issues, the quality of materials and construction, and things to consider about the location. There was a running joke, "If I was your dad would I let you buy this house?" and there were times when the answer was no. This just speaks to Lindsay's character and how he prioritizes his clients over a sale. It would highly recommend Lindsay Parsons to anyone looking for a forthright and trustworthy realtor!

Lindsay had usefully info about how they built the houses in certain areas of the city we where looking at and things to watch out for in different time periods of building. Things I would not have known otherwise that where helpfull. Had lots of good advice on what could to be done to the house as well to improve it and see if it had good profitable potential for renting (which I told him I was looking for)

Lindsay was awesome when negotiating the purchase price of my condo. Great job!!
