I was really impressed with the entire process of buying a condo with Lindsay. As a first-time buyer, I needed a bit of hand-holding through the process. He clearly laid everything out, every step of the way which made it easy to focus on 'the next thing to check off.' From organizing viewings, to making an offer, to setting up inspections, to handling the deposit, to renegotiation... he handled it all with professionalism and never did I feel like things were getting away from me. I couldn't have expected a better buying experience. Lindsay seems like a just regular guy who happens to be really excellent at his job.

Lindsay made buying a new house pretty easy, but educational. First we identified some of our key variables and items on our list that we wished for in a new home. He then followed up with some additional features of things we didn't even think about. (House facing direction, Sunlight, Future Costs, Builder reputations, area concerns, ect.) From the initial discussion until completion you can see that Lindsay has a passion for finding the right home to meet your needs. He in no ways makes assumptions or forces any decisions on you. There is care and attention into providing thoughtful process in deciding what you want from your home. I appreciate the time and effort he put in to make the sale flow. I will use Lindsay again in the future, no question.

I truly enjoyed working with Lindsay. He was very calm & always ready to answer any questions I might have. If he didn't have an immediate answer he would get back to me promptly with one. I loved how when we got there to look at a place he would just give the basic specs which would be of interest to us on the place & then give us space to just roam & look at the place in our time. Never any pressure or rushing which I appreciated very very much. He was very honest & definitely had our best interest @ heart.
