Lindsay was outstanding when it came to the sale of our condo. We had initially talked to him about the sale in November and he had a clear plan in place to put it up for sale in spring when the market would be better. It only took five days to receive an offer (which we ended up accepting after some excellent negotiation on Lindsay's part) which was probably part luck but also part preparation and opportunity. The unit was also priced right, which was a key factor and done thanks to his exhaustive research of similar units in our building and area and what they sold and were listed for. We were absolutely prepared for the showings thanks to Lindsay. Having a stager come in to ensure that our place looked as good as it possibly could for showings and photos was imperative. A similar unit in our building on the same floor as ours took much, much longer to sell (and ended up selling at a lower price than ours did) which is probably the best thing you can say about how we were prepared and how well our condo showed. Lindsay was completely honest with us the entire time. He was very prompt in his communications and extremely knowledgeable about the market. We were fully prepared for the condo sale thanks to Lindsay. We would use Lindsay again and have already recommended him multiple times to friends and family.

Every aspect of our home purchase with Lindsay was outstanding. He was very honest about every place we visited. What I appreciated most was his market comparison reports which compared the homes we were interested in with other similar ones in the area. Those reports really helped us to ensure that we were getting the best possible value for our new home. Lindsay was also excellent in the negotiation of the property. He was very meticulous in detail, for example, in the negotiation of a fence for the property to ensure that it was built in a specific way to a level of quality that we wanted and that there would be money held back from the sale until it was completed. It was details like that which made us feel like we were covered in every way possible with the purchase. Lindsay was also very friendly and personable. He was always approachable with any concerns and easy to reach. We have already recommended him to other friends and family and would work with him again and again if the opportunity ever arose.
