Lindsay had brokered previously for my daughter and did an excellent job. It seemed like a natural selection for me. I felt that she went above and beyond due to the dealing with the buyers who seemed to not understand how the contract worked. She got it done despite the delays caused by the buyers and I would use her again if I were buying or selling in the Ocean County area. Problem with buyers caused delays which were not within Lindsay's control.
