Lisa and I had a very pleasant experience working with Lindsey and anything that may come up in the future Lindsey will be the first and only person we will contact. Lindsey understood exactly what Lisa and I wanted from the start and never attempted to push us in a direction that we didn’t want. Lindsey Jenkins originally contacted me thru a Zillow request. She was energetic, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to get to work so why should I search out another agent. I had worked with different agent from a different realtor group when I purchased my original property on Oak Island but did not contact them when searching for another property. I felt that Lindsey was more in tune with the area and me personally than the previous agent. I am from out of the area and Lindsey has be valuable to getting it all done in my absence. One call or text for assistance and she is taking care of the need. She is a keeper and C21 Sweyer & Associates is lucky to have her as part of their group. Lindsey was able to secure a price reduction on the property even when I thought that there was not much chance of doing so and even after the price reduction, she was able to get some improvements added to the property at no additional cost to me. It is based on research that she has already done. She approaches conversations in a consultative manner letting the client make the final call but with her cautions if she thinks you are making a mistake. She is always helpful in getting more information as needed. She went well beyond meeting our expectations! Always wears a smile that is heard clearly in her voice.
