Linnea Delfine

We have known each other for over 16 year She helped me very much to buy all the houses that I purchased at that time and putting them up for sale. She has one smart realtor. She takes care of business all the time as she's very friendly number one realtor in my book.

I had a great experience with Linnea Delfine, she is a community member and knows all of the secrets and pitfalls of the area. We had a great day looking at properties together, and by the end, she had locked in exactly what I wanted and knew what was best for me. We initially negotiated with one property owner, but it was clear the seller did not understand the complexities of land sales for their own lot. Because of their inappropriate treatment of Linnea, and her consistent professionalism, we set our sites on a different property and everything proceeded smoothly and even under my anticipated purchase price. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and am glad we pushed through with patience and a good attitude. I would work with Linnea again!
