Lisa called after I had asked for information online and she was great! Lisa truly cares and takes the time to take great care of you through the entire buying process. I was able to call her with all my questions. She took the time to listen and make recommendations based on our conversations. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

So glad we had Lisa and Art Cates selling our house. They are an awesome realtor team and dear friends. We were pleased with how quickly we received offers with minimal hassle to us! We highly recommend!

Lisa was always professional, but with a very personal touch. I met her early in my extended search, she listened to my needs, kept her distance, while checking in periodically, and when it was time to move, was available at the drop of a hat. Couldn't have asked for a better match! Extremely knowledgable and dutiful of regulations. A true gem

Lisa was great to work with. We lived 4 hours away, and Lisa made herself available any time we could come down and look at property. She made the buying process stress free. Thanks Lisa & Art

Lisa, I really enjoyed the house hunting experience with you. I hope I don’t have to do it again, but if I do I will come back to you. Thank you so much for all your help.

I would definitely recommend Lisa Cates as their Broker and Agent!! I chose Century 21 based on it's familiarity to me. Lisa a very helpful, sincere, and determined. This sale was done quickly, as requested. I would recommend Lisa Cates to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Her professionalism and sales skills helped to make me feel as though I was "the most important" client.
