In the most difficult closing that anyone at the title company has ever witnessed, Lisa's strong work ethic and professionalism provided a good example of "grace under pressure" and enabled cooler heads to prevail. In addition, the day of closing, the buyer's Termite Control inspector needed additional information, which delayed the closing by 5 hours. Lisa stayed with me the entire day, The buyers were rude and acted in an aggressive manner towards agents with the title company and towards Lisa herself.
