Lisa Kerr

I cannot express enough gratitude to Lisa for everything she did for me to help me purchase my new home. She has a naturally calm and personable demeanor. She emphasized how the home buying process should be exciting and not stressful. She found me my dream home, and she went WAY above and beyond to ensure I was successful out of EIGHT competitive offers. She was knowledgable and confident about every aspect of the purchase from the home search, to a competitive offer situation, to the negotiation process, to the inspection, to the key release. She had everything in order for my mortgage broker and lawyer, and ensured a smooth closing process. She stayed in constant communication with me through the whole process. She was organized, proactive, easy to get a hold of, and is one of the kindest humans I have ever met. I happened upon Lisa after an inquiry about a home on the Liv Real Estate website and ended up with the best realtor I have ever worked with.
