Lisa was exceptional, went over and above in getting the house in shape for the sale. She had great ideas, took the initiative, was an excellent commnunicator, and an overall pleasure to work with. My mother, whose house was being sold, would have liked her! We are very happy with the outcome and hope the new owner the best. They bought a turnkey property. Could not have asked for a better agent. She shepherded us through every little step and things went very smooth. Lisa was so efficient, we never dealt witht he broker! There were very few surprises, and even then, they were incredibly minor and handled efficiently.
