Lisa consistently went above and beyond; there were several times we made requests or had questions which she answered or completed the request in a timely and accurate manner. Most realtors will simply walk an inspection but not Lisa. She noted some issues and followed up, including reviewing the County records to see if the issue had been resolved. How many realtors do you know would do this for their client without being asked to do so? We have worked with realtors for close to 50 years and Lisa was clearly #1 from a standpoint of meeting and exceeding our expectations. We would work with her again if we ever needed to buy or sell any real estate in Orange County.

Because of Lisa Mills’s professional expertise, patience and perseverance, we got the home we loved. Even after closing escrow, Lisa Mills helped resolve a small glitch with home warranty. Lisa Mills also provided us with so many useful contact information which we greatly appreciate. Lisa Mills is a real asset to Rainbow century 21 team. Thank you Lisa Mills for all the help you provided us.

Lisa Mills helped us secure a home that met with our size and design needs during a turbulent market that included rapid sales and bidding wars. We were working within a deadline to move out of our previous house and to find a new home. Lisa helped us remain calm and optimistic about our prospects. She was continually scanning the marketplace and only focused on properties that she knew would meet our requirements . She never asked us to compromise on our desires or show us properties that would not meet our needs. She was very customer focused and her positive attitude allowed us to rely on her knowledge and past experiences. Lisa is very detailed oriented and keeps her clients informed on all aspects of a transaction. This was particularly important as the HOA was slammed and overloaded with new sales. Lisa is a model agent ... very resilient when dealing with the stresses and strains of her clients. Dealt with all issues professionally and with compassion. Works to diffuse complicated and emotional issues for all. We have had several sales and purchases with Lisa previously. We would definitely use her again and have recommended her to many friends who have all had positive outcomes too.

Lisa Mills, I wanted to say that I thought you were an excellent realtor, you went above and beyond the call of duty. Now that I'm on the other side of this I can see I had to be a very difficult client. A lot of the circumstances were beyond my control as I'm sure you are aware of, you made this a lot easier, I'm so glad I chose to hire you, I don't think we would have gotten that condo sold for the price we did . I would say you should have a five star rating

Lisa consistently exceeds any expectations. She has been on top of all transactions and communicated with us almost daily. She goes above and beyond to help you thru the stressful acts of a sale. We will continue to use her as our agent on the purchase of our new home. None better. I have referred many friends to Lisa and would not hesitate to do so again.
