Lisa Parenteau came highly recommended and she not only met all our expectations but exceeded them! First class realtor every set of the way. Prompt in all her responses, professional and had our best interests in mind at all times! Lisa Parenteau did what she said she was going to do. Our property sold and closed in less than a month. It was truly a wonderful experience with her and her team. Would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who wants a top notch realtor in their corner

Lisa Parenteau made our dreams come true with the purchase of our beach house in West Yarmouth. She was very thorough, smart and straightforward. It is obvious that she loves her job. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home on Cape Cod. We consider Lisa a friend after the whole process and we can't wait to have her over for a glass of wine on our deck.

We first worked with Lisa 2 years ago when she sold our house. When we found out that the Coast Guard was moving back to the same area, there was NO question that we would work with Lisa AGAIN to help us with our home purchase!! We knew she would take excellent care of us! Lisa goes above and beyond to help with every aspect of the real estate buying/selling process. My husband and I always felt like her number one priority. She always had our best interest at hand. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable in her field and you can tell she loves her job. We always felt like she answered our questions before we even needed to ask them! We would recommend Lisa as a real estate agent to ANY fellow Coast Guard families, first time home buyers, and the most experienced homeowners! Thank you again Lisa, for a wonderful home buying experience!!!

We were extremely fortunate to have found Lisa Parenteau when we considered moving to a larger home and at the same time selling our current property. Her professionalism, resilience, mentorship, knowledge and honesty are much respected and appreciated. Lisa and Robin did an excellent job in staging our current home, scheduling and managing all open houses which, ultimately, led to having received a great offer in less than a month after the property was listed. In parallel, Lisa's persistence in helping us to secure the offer of our new home, at times that we almost lost hope, was amazing! In short, she was always on our side working to make our new home purchase and simultaneously our old home sale as simple and successful as possible. Our family is grateful for the successful outcomes and we feel that these outcomes were largely influenced by Lisa and her team. We would highly recommend Lisa and Robin to anyone. Thank you!

Lisa Parenteau Was great to work with sold my house within a matter of days help set everything up got showings immediately did everything you need your realtor to do would highly recommend using her again

I met Lisa and Robin when I contacted them about a property I was interested in. It was marketed and staged in an exceptional manor. I knew that my home would be handled in the same way. They are both kind, attentive, knowledgeable about Cape Cod real-estate and willing to go the extra effort to sell your home.

We first became aware of Lisa when researching a property that had just gone on the market in Dennis. Turned out that property was about to go under agreement, but it led to the relationship with Lisa and Leading Edge. Lisa was a true professional throughout the process. High grades in all aspects of the transaction from beginning to end. Lisa was actively involved with us from the beginning. She was extremely thorough and followed through flawlessly. It took the stress out of the buying process for my wife and I. I particularly am grateful for her relationship with Cape Cod Five. There were a lot of variables in the purchase of our new home, as we were in the processing of selling our home of 33 years. Lisa put me in contact with Dan Pulit who was a tremendous resource in the entire process. I'm not certain we would have connected with Cape Cod 5 or Dan without Lisa's guidance. I would highly recommend Lisa for anyone looking for a professional real estate agent who understands the Cape Cod market and communicates as well as she does with her clients.

We worked with Lisa via a recommendation from a friend, and had a great experience in looking for a house on Cape Cod. She provided great local knowledge in an area that we were not very familiar with, and made it simple to review properties online and in person. Lisa’s very friendly and very professional, with good communication throughout.
