The lack of pressure was greatly appreciated, as well as the attention to detail about each house's various fixtures. It was effectively like getting a free mini-inspection with each home visit, which was priceless in giving me an understanding of each place's caveats. Lisa took care of scheduling estimates with her contacts, which took a great burden of pressure from me when I was under contract. There was never a question I felt like I couldn't ask, or a point at which I felt like I wasn't being told what was going on.

Lisa M Yates responded quickly to my inquiry of this listing. She quickly set up a showing and promptly began negoiating on my behalf. Lisa was very helpful in navigating though the process... very pleased with outcome.

Working with Lisa was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and thoughtful, our family is grateful to have met her!

Lisa was professional and genuine throughout our process. She went above in beyond to get the deal done. Lisa would even ask if there was anything she could help with, when she noticed we were missing paperwork. It felt as if we were working with a friend not just a realtor. I really appreciated her patience and expertise, during our home buying process. She totally made it a lot easier and we're thankful for that. Lisa is the best!

My husband and I needed to relocate to the Cincinnati area for work, and we needed to do so quickly. Lisa was spectacular throughout the whole experience!!! AND I still trust that I can reach out to her with questions despite the completion of our home purchase. She is personable, responsive, knowledgeable and provides excellent service to her clients. She listened to our wants and needs, and helped guide us in finding a home to fit both. If my husband and I ever need to search for a home again, I will not hesitate to reach out, she has been absolutely amazing!

Lisa was truly exceptional, highly professional and quickly grasped exactly what we were looking for. Her responsiveness was impressive, consistently replying in a timely and efficient manner. Would I work with her again? Without a doubt—absolutely yes!

I am very happy to work with Lisa and appreciate her help, support and knowledge sharing throughout the process. Had a great experience will surely choose her again.

Lisa is very knowledgeable and patient with her clients especially if you are first time home buyer. She took me around the many showings I wanted to see. Lisa accepted all my questions and provided thorough answers. In negotiations as well, she has your back as your client. Lisa is an awesome agent!

Lisa is ver knowledgeable on that field, had patients and very excellent skills in negotiating.

Lisa M. Yates was a fantastic realtor when I purchased my first home in October 2024. Lisa showed us ten houses before we found the one we ended up purchasing. Lisa put in full effort at every single house and educated us on what potential issues to look for, and taught us about good traits to look for in a home. Lisa was assigned to me as my realtor because I did a referral program with my bank that I got my loan from. I couldn't have picked a better realtor, and am very grateful she's who was assigned to us. She paid strong attention to details and fought for us during negotiations. Lisa didn't let commission money affect her judgment, treatment, or education she provided for us. She assisted us in every step of the homebuying process, including requesting a price reduction, which we received! I feel that we received unrivaled attention and effort from Lisa M. Yates and Comey & Shepherd, and would recommend them to everyone.
