We did not want anyone that was pushy and we wanted someone that knew the area very well. At our first meeting, Liz squashed every worry that we had. She worked diligently to find us the right house, in the right location, for the right price. When we found that house, Liz shined when negotiating with the seller. We went in with a strong offer, and the buyer accepted. After the home inspection, we knew that we had to lower the price. Liz put in our adjusted offer, and the seller came back with a counter that we felt was too much. We ended up tweaking our adjustment every so slightly, and we honestly thought we had lost the house at that point. However; Liz worked her magic and the seller accepted our second offer! I still can't believe that we have the house of our dreams! Thank you Liz!
