i have sold two properties and have purchased 4 properties with Liz. Her experience and knowledge were essential with all my transactions. thanks Liz

Liz Toles helped me with both buying my home and later selling it, and she was extremely helpful and fantastic in assisting me with all steps of the process, and got excellent value for me both in buying and selling. I would not hesitiate to recommend her services for your Real Estate needs.

I was very pleased with Liz' professionalism and communication. Being an out of town investor, I don't know the local Lethbridge market as well, and was able to trust and rely on her to sell my property. She is easy to work with, friendly, professional and transparent in her communication. I would use her again to buy or sell properties in Lethbridge, and would recommend her to anyone else there!

Liz is not only professional, but an energetic ' get the job done' sort of person. She is highly organized and is efficient in moving the house selling process along. It was a real pleasure working with her on our house sale and if I ever am in the Lethbridge house market again I would only consider Liz for my realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking at buying/selling their property. Thank you Liz!

Liz was the most patient and understanding realtor we have ever worked with. She was able to quickly identify what was important in the purchase of a home (probably before we fully did) and found it for us! Her knowledge of the market and buying process was vast. She was prompt and always willing to answer all of our questions! We really enjoyed our time with Liz and would HIGHLY recommend her for the buying or selling of your property!

Liz was amazing to work with. She created an environment and strategy for selling our home that was clear and easy to understand. She took the time to present a variety of options for us to choose from and it paid off. I would highly recommend Liz for any future sales or purchases!

Liz is amazing to work with, and is always professional and happy to help. We put her through a bunch of showings, and she was awesome every time! Thanks Liz! Highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell in Southern Alberta!

I would recommend Liz Toles and her company, prior to the sale I rented the property and they handled all the tenants, the unit always had renters. When it was time to sell Liz assisted in a quick sale at top dollars. Plus she handled all the leg work, as I live out of town
