I did have to lower the price by $5,000, as it was an older home. She knew somebody would fall in the love with the place and that is exactly what happened. She was very helpful with explaining the paperwork and what I might be responsible for in the deal. She handled everything like a pro even when things weren't so pleasant. She staged my home to appeal to potential purchasers and spent a lot of time showing me houses for my specific needs. She worked with the title company to make both loans close simultaneous, so I was able to move right in to my new home. Plus, she has continued to check in with me even after the closing!
