Lori went over and above in helping us and providing information as well as direction. She is sweet, kind, has immense patience and just wants to provide the best services she can. I indirectly dealt w/Lori thru my daughter's home purchase. I was very impressed w/the thoroughness with which Lori dealt w/things, & without feeling pressure to make decisions. She knew what my daughter was looking for & the price range, & would make contact w/my daughter when properties came up that fit her criteria. I knew from that experience I would contact Lori when I made the decision to make my move. She was very knowledgeable about any properties I asked about, was FAST to respond w/anything I asked. I just felt she went more than "the extra mile" when I asked about anything. She is a true asset to your team! My whole transaction was via electronic means; Lori would alert me when I had documents ready/waiting for signatures. I relied on her recommendations for resources & felt comfortable with whom she suggested. This has been a somewhat 'surreal" experience from that perspective since I am physically in another city & it all came together.
