I enjoyed working with Lori on the purchase of my home! She was there for me via text, email and phone. Answered all questions. She is an asset to her team.

Lori Spencer's expertise and patience with me, made the sale of my home straightforward and uncomplicated. Lori also made the search for my new home fun and stress free. Lori was available to show me many homes until I found my dream home!

From the first conversation to the closing, Lori was extremely friendly, professional and understanding of my situation. She went above and beyond during the time my home was on the market as I had already moved out of state. She handled everything flawlessly and I couldn't be more appreciative of all the extra she did to make sure the nothing postponed the closing. You will be very happy working with her.

Lori Spencer was great. I wasn't ready to sell when I contacted her, but we met and stayed in contact until the closing. We spoke often and it all went very smooth. The house sold quickly and at a great price. I don't want to sell another house without Lori.

We had a particularly challenging situation selling our home, and we’re grateful to have had Lori guiding us through it. The property was difficult to market, and being part of an estate added further complexity. On top of that, we were managing everything from out of state. What could have been overwhelming was made manageable. This was not a quick transaction; the process lasted over 12 months, but Lori remained committed throughout. She never stepped back when things became complicated and consistently stayed the course with patience and professionalism. We especially appreciated her practical, level-headed approach. She didn’t overpromise or minimize the challenges. Instead she gave clear, thoughtful advice that helped us make informed decisions. Her honesty built trust. We truly appreciate her kind dedication and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Very professional and sold within 2weeks of posting

I had a great experience working with Lori Spencer. She consistently went above and beyond, showing dedication, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Lori’s attention to detail and willingness to do more than expected truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

As a first-time property buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lori was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and always quick to answer my questions, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Lori also connected me with an amazing mortgage company, title company, and inspector, which made the entire transaction seamless and smooth from start to finish. I’m so grateful to have met her and to have had her guidance during such an important milestone. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Lori as I invest in more properties in the future, and I will absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is extremely professional and truly wonderful to work with. I can’t thank her enough — thank you again, Lori!😊

Lori has literally had our back for the past, I want to say 5 years! If you've ever bought a home or went searching, you know the ups and downs of that journey! Lori was with us for every step! She has been on the ball and very communicative every time we thought we found a home. She has helped us along the way and always made sure things were in our best interest. Which says so much about how wonderful of a person she is! We finally found our forever home and Lori made that process incredible. If you happen to have Lori as your realtor, consider yourself so lucky! She truly puts her heart and soul into helping you find the perfect home. Truly a huge THANK YOU!!
