Marty and Lorie at Century 21 are an awesome team. They make you feel like their only client, even when you know thats not true. They are responsive, dedicated, caring and know the market. They follow up emails with calls, take last minute meetings for that house that just came to market, and can turn around paperwork faster than I could request it. My wife and I searched for months (pre-covid19) to no avail. Even with the challenges faced through March and April, their team kept working for us. They were able to find us a house in the exact area we preferred, within our budget and with all the options we were looking for. There is no better team to have on your side as buyer or seller when it comes to housing in their area. You may think you will get a more personal touch with a smaller firm, but that is not the case. They are dedicated to each person they represent and will be the absolute best team to have on your side

Lorie Mason was very helpful and patient I would recommend her. She always answered my calls and answered all my questions if she didn't know she would find out and call me back . Thanks to her and her team they got me in my perfect home. Very professional and respectful I think lorie Mason is the best at her job she knows the ins and outs in real estate. I will for sure recommend lorie mason to friends and families.

Lorie Mason was a true professional during our long and sometimes frustrating search for a home. She went over and above what would be required of a real estate agent and truly had our needs and requirements in mind when she presented properties for us to look at. Lorie understood our needs from a space requirement and financial standpoint completely and offered many recommendations and suggestions throughout the search and closing process. She went way beyond expectations or requirements concerning activities following the close of the transaction unlike other real estate agents we have been associated with. She really cares about her clients beyond just the sale. With us we always knew she was there for us and had only our best interest in mind. She never gave up when it seemed like we would never find a house that met the needs we outlined at the start of the process. Lorie is a real people/customer oriented person and will do whatever is necessary to fulfill the trust and reliability factors her clients place with her. We will have no problem referring friends, family, and acquaintances to her should the need for the purchase of real estate present itself. She was a joy to work with and put up with a lot of frustration on our part during the process without wavering. Century 21/Marty Rodriquez is fortunate to have Lorie as part of their team.

Lorie mason advised me impeccably and ultimately found me the house I wanted at a lower price. She has negotiated well with me and given me solid advice. She even found me a home inspector and when he identified a plumbing issue , she had a plumber there within an hour who diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate , and then got the kathy burns. seller to pay for the plumbing. Excellent job.

Lorie Mason is a wonder person with a great deal of experience and knowledge to get any real estate transaction closed. She is polite and friendly and really listens to what you are looking for in a property. We worked with Lorie to find an investment property that our college age son would live in. Lorie understood that this was more than a simple investment for us, this property would be a home for our son while he finished his studies and Lorie made sure that any property we considered meet all of our expectations. Lorie found us a great property that matched our requirements 100% and she got our offer accepted the same day we viewed the property. Lorie was always accessible to meet or communicate and she was flexible with our schedule availability. I would highly recommend Lorie and will be using her for all of our real estate transactions in the future.

Lorie was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She has knowledge of the builders, neighborhoods, and floor plans in our area and helped us make an informed decision. She helped narrow down our search to homes that met my family's needs and helped us decide on possible renovation/design ideas. I would recommend working with Lorie to anyone. Lorie is a true professional. She always responds to your call, text message, or email in a timely manner. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand certain things that I was unfamiliar with. Lorie is fantastic at her job and was a pleasure to work with.
