Lorraine Heyden is exceptional. She handled every detail and kept us in the loop at all times during the recent sale of our home. We originally met Lorri through an escrow when we purchased our home at 1601 Quarter Horse in Henderson in 2015. There was no question who to call when we knew we wanted to move to Cedar City, Utah this past year and we needed to sell the same 1601 Quarter Horse property. She definitely helped sell our house so that we could move on to Utah. She is professional, forward looking, and knowlegable of the Henderson area. All helped to get our property sold. Many thanks to Lorri for helping us along the way to Utah.
Lorri Heyden took the time to understand our needs and time limit in looking for a home. She was patient with our needs and went above and beyond in assisting us at closing. We had a great experience looking for a home, Lorri Heyden was very professional and kept us informed of the process.
Lorraine helped us sell our home and was a pleasure to work with. Selling a home can be very stressful and she had help us every step of the way making it was stress free as possible! We were explained how everything worked and what was going on the whole time! Will definitely be reaching out when it's time to buy again!
This purchase was difficult. The owner passed away days before closing and we had already sold and packed our recently sold house. Lori arranged a pre-possession lease so we could live there while the probate process grinded away. We finally were able to purchase the house and are extremely happy with Lorraine with helping us navigate probate and all the pitfalls that could have occurred. Highly recommended!
It was a pleasure working with Lorraine Heyden. She always kept me informed and explained the different processes. I would recommend Lorraine Heyden to anyone wanting to buy a home.
Don't waste time with a "relative" that has no track record. Lorraine is top notch without being "pushy". She knows the town, makes her home here, understands various ways to get results that new brokers don't have a clue about. For me, no regrets.
