She also set us up with regular emails listing homes with our selected criteria. Lorri went beyond the call of duty throughout the process. We conducted virtually all of the business long distance, as we currently live in another city and state. She was always spot-on with everything she did. She also conducted follow-up inspections at our request and advised us of progress on requested repairs. I cannot praise her concern for detail and service in high enough terms.
