Louise is very well known and has a great reputation She was there every step of the way No matter what time day or night. she made me feel like I mattered and never was a problem. I'm older and I needed a lot of hand holding. She definitely knows her stuff Louise did everything she said to market my home. Had a buyer in the first week. Louise Delgiudice took a very difficult situation (the sale of my late brother's home) and made it bearable, almost enjoyable. I was very impressed with her friendly demeanor but she was also very professional. There was never a question that either she could answer immediately or that she was able to research and get back to me. Due to the changing funding sources of the buyer, there were many delays but Louise maintained her patience and kept me informed every step of the way. I wish there were more businesses that I deal with that had Louise's attention to detail.
