I couldn't be happier with the service provided by our real estate agent! From the moment we started working with Louise, she was always available to answer any questions we had and helped guide us through the entire process of buying a new home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was able to find us a variety of amazing houses that met all of our criteria. She was very patient with us as we went through the process of deciding what was most important to us in our new home. One of the things I appreciated most about her was her honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. She was never pushy or tried to sell us on a home that wasn't the right fit for us. She truly had our best interests at heart and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. We are absolutely thrilled with the home. Is he truly exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Louise and Centry 21 to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the local area. Thank you for everything!

Louise was a true professional and kept me updated through the long processs of selling a co-op. She assisted with pricing the property right and followed up with a difficult board to make sure we settled on the property as quickly as possible. Louise is a gem and I would refer her to family and friends again and again!

Louise Del Giudice is truly an exceptional broker. She is always professional, timely, considerate and truly has your best interest at heart. She has really been a blessing to work with. I highly recommend her! I would use her service again if we were buying in the area!

I chose Louise from knowing her in the business from my past. Louise is a determined excellent negotiator to have on your side. I was an Asociate Broker for Century 21 also for 15+ years. Having the experience as a Realtor I still decided to use Louise and Century 21 Marciano because of her many Connections that I have lost. Louise became a good friend and helped me Tremendously. Thankyou Louise!!!
