Luci stuck with me for almost a year while I worked on my credit. Her and my mortgage lender helped me every step of the way Luci made herself available for communication any time of the day or night. Luci was great at listening to what and where we wanted to be. Her and I were both involved with inspections and also the negotiating the work to be done before closing

Luci was very informative and took time to answer any and all questions we had prior to selecting her as a broker. She explained the home buying process in detail for us first time home buyers and even once we selected her as a broker, made herself available within hours to view a home on the other side of the city. She took each of our interests and goals of homeownership into consideration and helped us find a great first home.

Luci worked tirelessly to set reasonable expectations from the beginning, entering into a difficult situation all the way through to the end when she worked with contractors and even supervised their work when I couldn’t be there. She went beyond expectations despite the long time it took and strong personalities involved. Luci worked to acknowledge the difficulties while presenting facts of the sale and offering solutions to achieve the goal of selling for the highest possible price. Luci has a high degree of professionalism while being able to empathize with the humanistic realities of home selling.

Luci took the time from her schedule to talk to my wife and I on the phone about the process and getting the offer approved. She also made sure the cracked windows were covered in the builder’s warranty. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were updated along the whole process, and made sure the sellers were getting all of the projects done before closing. Luci really understood what we were looking for, and was extremely accessible. I would highly recommend her. Luci was on top of everything from the beginning all the way through closing. As a first time home owner, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
