I was in a state of panic when deciding to sell my two failing investment properties over 8 months ago and looking for a realtor. I felt I was in good hands with Luci from my first call with her. She stuck with me the whole time and was a calming voice during the whole process of selling my properties. She also helped me deal with the problems I had with my property managers and contractors that fixed up repairs before selling. I can't recommend Luci enough for all her help and professional service. My family and I deeply appreciates her commit to serve the public. She's the best!

I knew Luci and I specifically wanted her to be my agent as I trust her and her local knowledge. Luci was very patient and carefully navigated our interests and helped to understand the overall process. She was open to provide recommendation and additional support when even it was not included her job responsibility.

Thank you, Luci, for all you did for us.

Luci made everything so easy for us. She noticed things about potential homes that we wouldn’t have noticed ourselves. It was a great experience and we are so happy with our new home!

Luci was very efficient and professional. Building a new home rarely goes without bumps in the road. Luci handled each situation in a timely and effective manner. She was responsible for keeping my stress level to a minimum during the process. I have built several homes over the years and Luci was most definitely the best realtor I have ever had.

I would highly recommend Luci Chalian for anyone needing to purchase a home. Luci initially focused on understanding all of my wants and needs. She then directed me to homes that she felt best suited me. When my expectations didn't match my budget she very effectively explained the need to prioritize what I wanted to spend my money on. For me her strongest characteristic was having a sense of humor about all of this. It was never a grind, instead I very much looked forward to her calls and visits to homes because the experience was so pleasant. I'm very grateful for her time and will be sure to recommend her to friends and family. Thank you.

Luci went beyond our expectations during the home selection process. From a professional standpoint, Luci was prompt, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. On a personal note, our entire family feels as if we gained a friend during the process. I definitely recommend Luci and the Century 21 Scheetz team for anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

Luci did an amazing job. She made the process easy and understandable. She did everything in her power to make sure we got the house that we wanted!

Thanks to Luci Chalian I was able to purchase my first home with confidence. She was focused as we went through requirements for the house and agile when those requirements changed. Luci went above and beyond to be available for any questions or concerns I had. It was clear that ensuring I was completely comfortable with the process was a priority to Luci. Luci’s assistance and expertise were not lost after closing, she continued to provide support well into my homeownership and for that I am so grateful. Thank you Luci
