Luci was an excellent choice for selling our parent's home! She understood the timeline and how things worked from the beginning to the close. Her communication style was upfront, clear and she was always one step ahead. We so appreciated her hard work and her understanding of how complicated selling a house can be. The process was smooth, seamless, really. And, we are very happy. Thank you Luci!!

I was moving to Indy and not familiar with the area at all plus it was my first time buying a house. Luci helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. She was detail oriented, informative, and considerate.

If you want a realtor who is wise, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, hard-working, resourceful and wonderful to get along with, Luci Chalian is your realtor! She's the best!

Luci was very knowledgeable and professional through every step of the purchasing process. She has even followed up several months later to ensure everything was satisfactory and to ensure all necessary paperwork was in order. I would highly recommend Luci to anyone who asked about needing a realtor.

Communication was amazing! Any questions we had were answered quickly and we never felt like we were lost throughout the process.

Luci was extremely helpful in finding a home that met my needs for historic charm, in a safe area, and within my budget! I couldn't recommend Luci enough!

Luci was great throughout the entire home buying process. This is the second home I've bought with Luci, so it was a very smooth process. This home was already on the market when we first contacted Luci, and she was able to quickly get us through the process of pre-approval, touring the home, and submitting a competitive offer which was successful.

Luci was amazingly helpful throughout the sale of our home. We had never sold a home before, and she was able to walk us through the whole process explaining each step on the way. In the end, we received 4 offers within 4 days of listing our house, and were able to sell above asking price!

Luci is a good listener and is quite perceptive. She understood my needs and was very helpful in finding a property that met the criteria.
