Luci was amazing! She was very accommodating and worked with us as our needs changed or as we really discovered what needs we had for our home. She also went above and beyond in the bidding process, making suggestions that really put us over the top and making the difference with our bid being accepted. I’m a first time home buyer, but she was personable and everything I would want in a realtor. Luci did a phenomenal job helping us find and close on a home we’d be happy in for many years to come. I highly recommend working with Luci!

Luci Chalian always conducted herself with the upmost professionalism but was very down to earth in getting to know us and our needs. She listened to our questions, our interests and our needs to find our perfect home. Luci was also very knowledgeable and punctual communicating with us and also reminding us of key deadlines throughout the process. Luci encouraged us to ask any question, no matter how big or how small, and always made us feel at ease. We strongly recommend Luci to any family looking for a new home!

Luci Chalian was recommended to us by a friend and we're so happy we found her! As first time homebuyers, we were thankful that Luci took the time to explain the process to us and find out exactly what we were looking for months before we were seriously ready to buy. Moving from out of state, we relied on Luci quite a bit throughout the process and she was always there when we needed her. She was present for many things we were unable be there for and made sure we were always kept in the loop. I appreciate Luci's transparent, honest, and straightforward (but also lighthearted and fun) attitude and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Lucy Chalian was very personable, easy, and fun to work with. We only had a few days time span in which to find a new home. She was spot on with her searches and suggestions to fit our criteria for property. We came to trust her and see her as a new friend. We will recommend Lucy Chalian to our friends and family anytime! We are very satisfied with our whole experience from Sheetz Century 21. Thank you .

Luci was fabulous! She took into consideration my wants and needs in a home. She was very honest and upfront about everything. I felt she truly had my best interest at heart. She knew that this was going to be my "home" and not just a place to lay my head. She is great!

When I was just browsing I went to a bunch of open houses and met a ton of realtors-including Luci. I met with a few others but ultimately decided on Luci because she was the one I clicked with the most. Luci was the absolute best! She was helpful, responsive, and super knowledgeable. She always had time to answer all my questions and keep me calm when I went into full panic attack mode (buying your first house STRESSFUL). If you want someone to be with you every step of the way (and even a little after for maintenance questions on who to call!) you should 100% choose Luci Chalian!

I can’t recommend Luci highly enough. Her unwavering professionalism combined with her friendly, companionable nature made for an extremely pleasant and educational first time home buying experience. She kept us grounded in reality but also fought fervently for us if there was something she or we felt strongly about. She was with us every step of the way, and she helped us find just the right home for us!
