Lucia Brooks-Towe wasvery helpful in finding a property that met all needs. Add ws even helpful getting some discounts from the buyer. She put me in touch with Melanie Walburg to get the financeing done the went very fast and smooth. From looking at propertys in the middle of June to closing on July 31st. We were moving from PA. to GA. so alot of the documents had to be done electronically.

I would highly recommend Lucia. I had become discouraged by talking to a number if other agents and I found her to be very candid about the factors involving my particular home. I gave her my approval and she sprung into action. She found a buyer who would take the property as is and pay cash almost immediately and we closed in an incredible one week exactly as agreed upon. No problems at all.

Lucia was professional, responsive, personable and a great negotiator. Very happy with everything she did.

Excellent realtor, very sociable and knowledgeable of the lake area. She searched for 2 years until we found a house that was perfect!

Lucia is an amazing real estate agent. Was very communicative and had a no nonsense attitude! Explained the process very thoroughly and made sure any questions i had were answered. I would happily work with her again for any future purchases.
