We were looking for a new home within two weeks and Luis Talavera definitely did his wonder helping us with paperwork and making us feel soo comfortable getting our home and he did. We want to thank you and the staff for making this happen for us and our boys. THANK YOU!!!😃 Naomi Orellana & David Montanez.

Luis Talavera was outstanding in guiding us through the process for renting our condo. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area, and found us a tenant in less than a week.

Luis, fue altamente competitivo, muy experimentado, un gran ejecutivo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I had a great experience renting this property with Century 21 Carioti. It did not take more than a week after being in the market when we had a qualified application for rental, and it was a really easy process to rent the property. Now I have a second property rented by Century 21 Carioti.

Highly Recommend Luis Talavera & His Real Estate Team I can’t say enough great things about Luis Talavera and his real estate team. I was searching for a rental in Orlando while living out of state, which can be incredibly stressful — but Luis made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and detail-oriented, taking the time to truly understand my needs as a renter and guide me through neighborhoods, options, and details I wouldn’t have known as someone unfamiliar with Orlando. From walkthroughs to honest feedback and clear communication, I always felt informed and confident every step of the way. Luis went above and beyond to make sure nothing was overlooked, advocating for what I needed and ensuring the process stayed smooth despite the distance. If you’re relocating, renting from out of state, or just want someone who genuinely cares about getting it right, I highly recommend Luis Talavera and his team.

Luis was very proactive and stayed in constant communication with me regarding my rental. He went above and beyond when dealing with the HOA and I am extremely satisfied with his efforts.

Luis is a good man -- hard to find these days. I will definitely call him first whenever I need any real estate services

We were going thru ordeal trying to find tenants to rent out our property and we were referred to Luis by a friend and let me tell you he has gone above and beyond for us and helping rent out doing things he didn't have to do as a agent but went above and beyond thank you so much for helping us achieve this

We have been using using Century 21 Carioti since 2019. Luis has been our agent for about two years. Our previous realtor retired. Luis stepped in to help us and has done an excellent job. He is always working for us and looking for the right tenants. Communication is so important and he always gets back to me quickly. I highly recommend Luis Talavera whether you have rental property or your looking for a place to rent. He looks at the needs of his clients and always puts them first.
