Lynessa was very Professional and always gave correct answer if she didn't know the answer she would find out through a phone call or email. We had alot of questions for Lynessa because we are moving into a new neighborhood we knew nothing about but Lynessa knew it like the back of her hand i think we drove her crazy at times with all the different questions but it all worked out very well.
